The service at this reosrt was bar none top tier, from walking in to checking out. We had a 7th floor ocean view to the port where the cruise ships docked for the day. Room was equipped with everything needed including bottled waters. The room was cleaned every other day at our request and towels were replenished daily. The only issue that I had at this all inclusive resort was the food was not good at all and the wifi in our room was almost non existent in our room.
